Work Bench Rack for HSK Tooling

A new bench rack by Huot Manufacturing puts HSK tooling within easy arm’s reach. Built specially for work bench use, the HSK rack provides an efficient way to keep a large number of tools organized and protected right on the work bench. Measuring 27-1/4” wide by 12-1/4” deep by 11” high, the rack’s small footprint maximizes tool storage holding 24 taper tools for HSK 63A or 18 taper tools for HSK 100A. The rack provides an angled platform that lets the user easily see each tool. At a glance, the user can find the tool needed while keeping them all organized and protected.
The HSK Bench Rack comes equipped with durable nylon inserts that help protect the tooling from nicks and scratches. To minimize any jostling, each insert is specially tapered to hold the tool securely. For complete tooling set-ups, the bench rack can be transported from the tool crib with a Huot ToolScoot. For small changes in staging the user can manually carry up to 5 tools with an HSK Tote rack.
The bench rack features rugged construction weighing in at 15 pounds. Made from heavy, 16 gage steel, the top platform and side panels are fabricated with nested right angle corners. The sides are bolted together. This heavy duty construction provides the extra durability required for long term use without sagging or having the platform collapse and break. The racks receive a baked on, electrostatic powder coat finish for long term resistance to scratches and corrosion.
